Our global learning and exchange program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in sustainable development projects, build your skills, and contribute to lasting change.
We prioritize community empowerment by working directly with our support community groups and partnering with local organizations to address their specific needs and priorities. Through a participatory approach, we work alongside community members to identify existing assets and capacity, and develop tailored solutions that foster long-term sustainability.
As a program participant, you will gain invaluable experience in sustainable development practices, including community assessment, program design, monitoring and evaluation, and project reporting. You will also have the opportunity to develop cross-cultural competencies and enhance your understanding of global development challenges.
GLE Programs
