What we do

Water, Sanitation & Health Communities

Safe water, spring protection, sanitation, hygiene, and water-system governance are foundational to health and development. In Kalagala Parish, CEDP works with five communities to install and sustain community-owned water infrastructure, protect natural springs, and build local capacity for long-term maintenance.

In Kalagala Parish, this area of focus addresses the specific challenges of a peri-urban zone bordering Mabira Forest — where rural and urban service delivery gaps overlap and communities face pressure on land, water, and forest resources.
