What we do

Sustainable Livelihoods & Economic Empowerment

Savings groups, women-led enterprises, climate-smart agriculture, kitchen gardens, and green business incubation grow inclusive local economies. CEDP connects environmental stewardship with income security so communities can sustain themselves and adapt to climate variability.

In Kalagala Parish, this area of focus addresses the specific challenges of a peri-urban zone bordering Mabira Forest — where rural and urban service delivery gaps overlap and communities face pressure on land, water, and forest resources.
