By employing strategies that leverage indigenous knowledge and local conditions, the project empowered a group of 30 women to restore food security in their households. Through training sessions, we introduced labor-saving technologies like backyard gardening and provided in-kind support (seeds and farming inputs). This comprehensive approach not only addressed food production but also promoted sustainable practices and improved nutritional outcomes. As a result, the community experienced a tangible increase in food security, leading to improved health and well-being.
